That experience has guided how Mark views the importance of organizational alignment of sales, customer support, product development, and marketing to enable a superior customer experience.

Kim Hays, Product Manager
Kim has over fifteen years of consulting and implementation experience with PeopleSoft and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. Her expertise is in supply chain management and customer relationship management. She is passionate about creating thoughtful, intuitive user experiences as well as developing meaningful relationships with client contacts. While always connected to her clients via email, she still believes in the assurance of hearing a real person’s voice on the phone. She currently serves on the board of directors for JDE101, a non-profit dedicated to growing the JDE ecosystem at the university level.
